Treadmills have become staples in many people’s exercise regimens. They’re up there with bench presses and squats when it comes to healthful things you can do at the gym. But some people find the classic cardio machine to be a bit tedious and boring because you’re just running in one place…you’re literally not going anywhere.
Well, these folks certainly figured out a way to spice up their treadmill workout. Holy moly!
That’ll get your heart racing and your calories burning. It’ll get your blood pumping at least because you’ll be frightened to fall off the moving treadmill.
